Responsibilities
• Responsible for inventory and assets in the warehouse
• Load and unload equipment onto lorries/vans
• Receive and check goods received conditions and ensure goods movement correspond with the correct paperwork to ensure accurate stock records
• Ensure goods are stored properly and in order within the respective locations of warehouse
• Record goods movement and ensure FIFO
• Label of good in inventory
• Prepare equipment for customer viewing/testing and daily delivery, including daily cleaning and testing of equipment (training will be provided)
• Perform inventory and stock take
• Perform general warehouse housekeeping and optimise space utilisation
• Assist with delivery (when necessary)
• Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Experienced in using reach trucks and pallet jacks
• Basic computer knowledge
• Must be physically fit. Able to lift up to 25kg load
• Good organisational skills with... the ability to multi-task
• Able to speak English or Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking colleagues (basic English is required)
• Willing to work OT when required
