Due to unprecedented growth and expansion in our business, we are excited to announce we are currently recruiting for Healthcare Recruitment Consultants for both our Doctors & AHP( Allied Health Professional ) Team's. Please note we have hybrid and remote working options available. We are looking for recruiters with either strong recruitment or sales experience & have positions available at recruitment consultant & senior recruitment level. These roles will be available from March 2023.

To be eligible for these roles, we require the following:

· Strong recruitment experience, ideally recruiting Doctors / Allied Health professionals in Ireland or strong recruitment experience outside of healthcare in Ireland or strong sales ... business development experience in Ireland.

· Previous Account management experience & proven track record of excellent relationships with clients & candidates in previous roles.

· Excellent sales and business development skills.

· Proven strong sales record and performance in previous roles.

· Flexibility and ability to work to own initiative

· Strong interest in Healthcare recruitment

Key Responsibilities

· Grow and develop your recruitment desk with the full support of our team

· Relationship management with clients and candidates

· Account Management

· Screening high quality candidates for contract positions across Ireland

· Arrange interviews and interview preparation

· Negotiate offers and manage relocations (where applicable)

· Attention to detail and good admin skills
