Job Description
• Review design blueprints, standard detail drawings, report etc.
• Support production schedule by process qualification, productivity improvement and new tools release
• Troubleshoot a variety of complex problem , perform root cause analysis and resolve a wide range of engineering process issue
• Develop new or modify current process formulations, methods and techniques in thin metal manufacturing.
• Design fabrication process for flexible material to optimist yield and quality.
• Compute quotation for new components based on material costing
• Maintain process stability and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work with engineer team, QC & production department to generate and manage product design drawing

,material, quality specification during development phase based on customer request

Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Precision Engineering preferred
• Min 3 year of relevant experience in process engineering
• Familiar with CAD & CAM like ZW3D ,Solidworks
•... Knowledge in engineering tools, process control and root cause analysis
• Knowledge of electronics and machine tools
• Experience with programming
