• Cisco Collaboration Meeting Rooms
• Microsoft Teams Rooms
• Deep knowledge of WebEx, MS Teams & Zoom Administration
• Cisco TelePresence
• Cisco Expressways
• Cisco TMS
• Microsoft Teams Calling and Telephony
• Knowledge of PSTN
• Call queuing and routing
• Call handlers, Hunt groups

Basic Skills:

Responsibilities and Skill Requirement:
• Responsible for designing, managing, and troubleshooting Unified Communication Infrastructure.
• Works closely with the Network, Systems, and peers to ensure integration and stability within the Conferencing and Telephony Platforms
• Create High-Level and Low-Level Designs for AV Rooms.
• Experience in SIP Integration, Cloud Service Providers.
• Strong Knowledge of Signalling protocol such as MGCP, H.323 and SIP.
• Configuration and troubleshooting of QOS settings for voice and video over WAN connections.
• Configuration, Implementation & troubleshooting of Cisco TelePresence endpoints.
• Configuration, Implementation & troubleshooting of Microsoft Teams Rooms
• Self-Motivated with the ability to effectively interact with all the levels within the company.
• Review and validate understanding of customer design requirements
• Provide peer reviews to deployment engineers to ensure design compliance
• Provide technical leadership to survey, deployment, and support engineering teams.
• Train and mentor other engineers on best practices
• Run Escalation bridge and update key Stake Holders
