The team act for an array of high profile clients including ship owners and operators, charterers, P&I Clubs and marine insurers.
You will be handling a range of claims including disputes relating to: -
• Charterparties
• Bills of landing
• Shipbuilding
• Admiralty
• Casualty
• Salvage
• General Average
• Marine insurance
Working in Hamburg you will be dealing with claims under English law and as such you will need to be an English qualified solicitor.
