Infosys is seeking a UX Designers.

You will work across multiple sectors and business domains to design and innovate digital experiences for major brands and products.
You will design and test prototypes to deliver incremental experiments from a prioritized set of hypotheses.
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to explore the boundaries of building robust and innovative digital platforms.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Calgary, Alberta/ Mississauga, Ontario/ Burnaby, British Columbia or be willing to relocate to the area.
This position... may require travel.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualification :
A graduate degree/diploma in UX design, HCI, Digital Design, Product Design, Visual Design, Information Architecture4 years of professional experience within UX discipline in digital agency or marketing consultancy environments.
Experience working at a startup or having the opportunity help shape an approach or end product would be a great addon.
Dynamic portfolio of complex, digital experiences for global brands - multichannel deliverables including mobile, tablet, web, connected experiences, or services.
Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision (not just 'how it should look' but 'what we should build')
Bias for action and tolerance to navigate a sometimes-ambiguous environment
Proficiency across in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Craft, Zeplin and KeynoteCollaboratively designing world-class products, services, and experiences.
Design customer-focused solutions that meet measurable business objectives and be able to continuously evolve these solutionsTranslate business requirements, market research, user needs and models of social behavior into conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, information architecture diagrams, interaction specifications and prototypesGather qualitative and quantitative user feedback and distill it into insights to create and optimize customer journeys.
Derive, articulate and test hypotheses.
Design and communicate effectively through sketches, interaction models, wireframes, and prototypes.
Inspire and motivate an energetic and collaborative team.
Pitch work to clients and partners and facilitate workshops.
Collaborate with CX team members across timezones to ensure ways of working, quality and best practice are in line with Infosys standards.
Highly organized, with abundant care for the details and respect for the craft.
Passionate about the user and providing meaningful experiences.
Clever and curious, always noodling your next extra-circular project or jaunt. Strong relationship-building skills, especially across disciplines and timezones.
Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills:
Exceptional abilities to explain design rationale, to align and persuade stakeholders, and to drive conversation.
