Auditor - Operational and Financial Audit We are looking for an Auditor to join the Group Internal Audit Department. The role will report to an Audit Senior Manager and will be based in our Headquarter in Parma.Job PurposeSupport and/or execute, the phases of audit projects mainly in the areas of Supply Chain and Research, Development and Quality processes: planning audit engagements activities and preliminary audit activities by mapping processes, collecting documents, information and participating in interviews with management; fieldwork audit activities by executing tests and analyses and reporting the audit results, by drafting audit observations and recommendations in order to provide assurance on the adequacy of the company's internal control system. Actively participate in discussions with management at all levels of the organization to discuss the audit findings.Key Accountabilities Support the Head of the Unit in the execution of the audit projects, in particular by... collecting and analyzing relevant documents and information, mapping the audited processes interviewing management, identifying potential issues, executing tests, analyzing data using specific audit software (i.e. ACL, MS Excel, MS Access, TeamMate Analytics) and drafting and discussing with auditees and the Internal Audit Senior Manager relevant audit observations and recommendations using the audit project management system TeamMate. Monitor the implementation of the recommendations agreed with management, also performing follow-up audits, under limited supervision of the Internal Audit Senior Manager. Support the Head of the Unit in the management and improvement of internal audit processes and activities. The role will be particularly involved in the planning, execution and reporting of: Audits of Supply Chain processes (e.g., Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, Demand Planning, Technical Development) Audits of Research, Development and Quality processes (e.g., product development, Q&FS); Audits on other Barilla's processes when needed. Requirements Degree in Economics / Business Administration/ Engineering; 3 years experience as auditor in Internal Audit departments of manufacturing companies (preferably multinational companies). Experience in external Audit firms will be considered depending on role/projects Recognized certifications (CIA) will be preferred; Fluent English is mandatory, knowledge of Italian no less than an upper-intermediate level. A good knowledge of French or German will be considered a plus; Analytic approach, critical thinking; Excellent communication skills, leadership and team work attitude; Curiosity, proactivity and business-partner attitude; Very good knowledge of Excel and of the entire Microsoft suite.
