• At least 3 years’ experience in similar position

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Well know about current trend if restaurant and bar industry

• Has a positive and cheerful attitude and mature a good management skills

• Prior experience working with Opera System

• Fluent in English both written and oral

• Guest focused personality is essential and a positive attitude

• Must be results-oriented with the ability to be flexible.

Work Experience

• Manage all aspects of full-service food and beverage outlet(s) on a daily basis and coordinate special events

• To ensure the achievement of established beverage quality and guest service quality standards and departmental revenue and profit goals with standards of service and operating procedures

• Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards, policies and procedures.
