Job Description

Our client is one of the largest private healthcare in Singapore. We are currently looking for Nurses to work in multidiscipline within their hospital. This role will provide nursing care and patient education to patients in collaboration with members of the health care team.

Key Accountabilities
• Manage and plan the care management of individual patient
• Assist the Nurse Manager to set short and long-term goals for the unit
• Participate in action plans for the unit to enhance employee engagement and maximize employee performance
• Demonstrate competency in nursing core and special skills
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma in Nursing/Degree Qualification
• Post Basic Specialty Certificate/Advanced Diploma in Nursing
