Duties & Responsibilities:

To develop and execute trade marketing initiatives aligning to business objectives across all channels/ product categories.

Manage and track allocated trade marketing spend.

Work closely with Sales Managers to provide category and shopper insights to drive performance.

Responsible for campaign presentations, POS material development and premiums if required for each type of activity.

Prepare all promotions and make them field ready for execution.

Collaborate with Brand Marketing on campaigns, new product launches, promotional packs, price changes

Monitor, analyse and evaluate market trends, trade circumstances and opportunities, and competitor activities.

Any ad-hoc project or task as required.

Job

Requirements :

2-4 years of working experience in similar position preferably in the FMCG sector.

Good understanding of shopper engagement and Point of Sales materials requirement.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, i.e... Powerpoint, Excel.

Able to work independently as well as a team player.

Good interpersonal and communication skills0

Good adaption, agile and able to cope with pressure of deadlines
