Should have:

- 10 to 12 years of ID/writing experience with minimum of 3-4 years of ID review/project management experience

- Good Instructional Design skills with experience of applying current ID approaches and models

- Good English writing and language skills with good knowledge of MSTP writing style guide

- Experience of working on eLearning and training projects

- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

- Good Attention to Details skill

- Financial and banking domain learning/content project experience
