The Parts Consultant will be responsible for processing customer orders and responding to customers’ inquiries via e-mail and phone as well as over-the-counter, walk-in customers.
Please Note: The job location is not transit accessible. Your own transportation will be a must. Fit for work test and D&A test is mandatory prior to start work

Responsibilities
Maintain a professional demeanor
Regular interaction with warehouse staff, company technicians, walk-in customers, operations personnel, and other internal personnel
Focus on quality workmanship
Championing safety standards
Providing superior customer service
Working with other parts department personnel
Working alone or as part of a team
Actively participating in learning the trade
Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
Skills:
• Possessing resourcefulness, integrity, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a team environment
• Good physical condition; able to lift 50 pounds repetitively, work on feet all day and in all weather conditions
• Above average mechanical aptitude
• Knowledge of overhead doors, sectional, rolling steel, high speed or specialty doors would be considered an asset
• Intention to learn the trade and progress within the organization
Qualifications
• 2-5 years of overhead door experience or parts department experience (preferred)
• Completion of High School or equivalent
• Above average attention to detail, problem solving, and telephone communication skills
• Overhead door, opener and parts knowledge are an asset but not required
• Self-starter, ability to work well independently and in cooperation with others
• Positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to relate to people at all levels of an organization
