With the help from Protocol Education a secondary school in Leytonstone are looking for a Behavioural and Learning Mentor to strengthen the learning process and build rapport with students.

As a Behavioural and Learning Mentor you will be responsible for the behaviour and standards of identified students and provide support when needed.

You will work in close partnership with the Student Support department ensuring that students conduct themselves in an appropriate manner.

The school is made up of a diverse community where everyone is valued, respected, and trusted and where staff and parents/careers work together to achieve and celebrate success.

Requirements Of a Behavioural And Learning Mentor
• Ability to work one-to-one and in small groups
• Capability to plan and manage tasks efficiently
• Ability to identify and manage appropriate sanctions and rewards
• Ability to set targets to improve learning outcomes
