UX/ UI Designer (m/f/d) We are not perfect, but we value advancement in topics like Scrum and product rather than feature development Your expectations as a UX/UI Designer (m/f/d):
Design intuitive, functional and multilingual user interfaces for websites, interactive portals and mobile apps, as well as applications on large screens and touch-enabled devices From customer journey to wireframes to interactive prototypes, you develop user-centric UX concepts and interface designs Close exchange with our clients and the software development team Responsibility... for consistent design language and behavior of UI elements, taking into account the corporate design.

You perform usability tests and reviews, derive suggestions for improvement and are responsible for their implementation In our team you work on the further development of standard products, white label solutions and customer projects Your strengths as a UX/UI Designer (m/f/d):
Several years of professional experience in UI and UX design, preferably in cross-functional teams. Confidence in working with design frameworks and in the use and development of design systems, components, typography and layout

Experience working with established wire framing, UX design, prototyping tools and image manipulation. Experience in the design of responsive interfaces and in the field of accessibility. Understanding of web technologies such as HTML and CSS as well as cross-platform design principles.
