• Have 0-2 years in Client Services and/or Digital Marketing experience related.
• Keen interest in learning a broad base of digital marketing including Analytics, Content Marketing, CRM, CRO, Ecommerce, Performance Marketing and SEO.
• Have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, both in English and , able to convey difficult concepts to the customers and have good negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized; ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform tasks effectively under pressure with a systematic approach.
• Have analytical and strong problem solving skills to synthesize data into clear insights for clients.
• A good team player and aims to continue improving with the team and also able to work within and cross departments
• A fast and continuous learner, especially in this fast changing data & technology driven environment.
• Proficiency in Google Sheet & MS Excel
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing channels (i.e... Google/Facebook) or Digital Marketing Tools (i.e Email Platforms, CRM, CDP, Google Analytics) are plus.

YOUR DAY MIGHT INCLUDE
• On-boarding and partnering with our customers, to ensure that they’re up and running with their services of choice and setup for success.
• Coordinate with Account Manager and Consultant team to gather the requirements of client’s marketing campaigns (including EDM, Ads campaigns etc.). Setup the campaign based on the brief, and schedule once it has been approved.
• Maintaining a consistent response and communication and ensuring customer’s expectations are well managed.
• Assist the Account Manager to identify customer’s growth opportunities throughout the contract period and create and execute renewal/retention strategies.
• Work together with our Growth and Consultant team to identify upsell & crosssell opportunities.
