Job Description

- Supports the regional sales strategy and is responsible for the development and implementation of country strategy

- Develops the country channel strategy in conjunction with SA/RBD

- Represents the BU (sector meeting etc.)

- Expands market position for AC

- Is the key person for the relationship marketing with the customers' top executives within the customers in the country (periodic customer visits, personal contact to the users)

- Bears profit & loss responsibility in the... country

- Responsible for forecasting (input S&OP Process), stock in regional warehouses, sell out of overstock

- Implements sales strategy, marketing concepts in the country and sales channel / customer

- Supports regional sales strategy and is responsible for the development and implementation of country strategy. Ensure country needs are reflected in the regional strategy with RBD aligned with the Marketing Board

- Monitors competitor activities / market trends via sales team

- Secures agreed sales targets, customer and logistic service levels within agreed budget costs and framework of the business

- Aligns with BUs and roles in the country

- Implementation and execution of marketing targets with support of the local User Journey Marketing Manager

- Alignment of SA and MK activities in the CSO

- Guides, coaches and develops sales personnel in respective country and disciplinary manager of the local User Journey Marketing Manager
