We are looking for a CA to join our team in Atherton & Malanda.

Approximately 10-15hrs p/week.

We are currently looking to hire someone with the flexibility to work split shifts and travel between both our practices, as well as support the team and be available to work some additional shifts as required.

Day to day roles and responsibilities of a Chiropractic Assistant:
• Booking appointment schedules and building relationships.
• Owning communications in the office, by phone, emails, social media and most importantly face to face.
• Balancing accounts, financial agreements, taking payments, cash handling and banking and other areas of practice operations.
• Assisting our Chiropractors ensuring we maintain optimum office flow and provide outstanding service.
• Educating and loving our practice members.

The ideal... candidate would have:
• Customer service experience
• Administration skills and experience are advantageous
• A pleasant phone manner
• Flexibility to work split shifts and support the team, including availability to work some extra shifts and weekends when required.

Job Type: Casual

Salary: $27.00 – $30.59 per hour
