Job description:

Network Administrator Network Operations Tier 2
Implement routine changes in response to incidents or requests from customers or design engineers
Troubleshooting network problems
Escalating problems and issues to vendors
Perform network monitoring and analysis, and configuration optimization
Routing protocol (OSPF and BGP) configuration
Create Methods of Procedure for production network changes by conferring with vendors and peers
Maintain network documentation such as diagrams, runbooks, and knowledge base
Provide design feedback to network design engineers and network operations team
Perform OS upgrades to maintain software currency
Perform device configuration to maintain configuration compliance

Qualifications & Skills:
3-5 years of experience supporting a... Corporate network environment
CCNA Routing & Switching
Problem Solving
Coordination with internal partners, customers, and vendors
Familiar with dynamic routing protocols, specifically OSPF and BGP
Experience with multicast in a Cisco implementation
Working knowledge of Palo Alto next-gen firewalls
