In your new role you will:
1, Build and maintain relationship with customer, devote to solve customer's problems, plan workshops and management engagement.
2, Monitor healthiness of customer business status, order/payment behavior, backlog & inventory.
3, Propose & develop new business ideas, models & take lead in executing.
4, Cross function collaborationYou are best equipped for this task if you have:
• 1-3 years sale, FAE or service experiences in electronics, electrical, and/or semiconductor industry with a decent track record growing customer account; Experience of home appliance customer will be a plus.
• Excellence in communication in both internal and external, power of influencing.
• Logical thinking, system understanding, and awareness of process; Team player;
• In-depth know-how of residential aircon, commercial aircon, kitchen and cleaning appliances, robotics, smart home, artificial intelligence and big data.
• Good command of English in oral and written.
