Job Title: Acute Dietician

Band: 5

Salary: £27,055 - £32,934 per annum/pro rata

We are recruiting for a Acute Dietician who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best People and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.

We have an opportunity at Medway Hospital for an enthusiastic Band 5 Dietitian to join our friendly team of dietitians. We have recently expanded our team and are looking for dietitians who are able to provide evidence-based care to be part of our forward thinking department.

Working in a supportive team of therapists, and specifically in a growing dietetic team, you will be responsible for providing dietetic care to a varied patient group including frailty, respiratory, general medical wards, care of the elderly, short stay and surgical assessment units.

You will also have the opportunity to gain experience alongside... senior Dietitians in gastroenterology, surgery, critical care and oncology. As you develop you will be involved in supervision of student placements and Dietetic assistants, and play a key role in raising the profile of dietetics across the trust and within the MDT.
