Our innovative healthcare client needs a Senior Network Operations Engineer to remediate security alerts triggered by SIEM and ensure all network and security OS are adequate, current, and aligned with operation security policies and procedures.

• Must reside in the Atlanta, GA area...
• Duration: 9+ months

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Remediate security alerts triggered by SIEM
• Ensure network and security OS are up to date and aligned with operation security policies
• Develop and implement standards, procedures, and processes for the NOC team, train and mentor team
• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the network security threat landscape and perform security assessments of IT systems
• Enforce network security best practices

MUST HAVE'S:
• Knowledge of SIEM required
• Networking background
• Cybersecurity
• 5 years of work-related experience in a Networking or Security oriented position
• Bachelor’s degree with a major in computer science, engineering, or information technology, or equivalent demonstrated experience in related information technology or security discipline
• CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CEH, or other network/security-related certifications

PREFERRED:
• Alerts/alarms capturing
• Ability to look at how they are set up, make recommendations on best practices
• FIM (File Integrity Management) set up
