Responsibilities
• Synthesis of innovative surface-active agents with a focus on sustainability
• Driving innovation in alkoxylation technology platform
• Close collaboration with Application Development, Process Technology, Pilot plants, Analytics and Production
• Travelling to Daya Bay plant for upscaling and product transfer

Requirements
• PhD in Organic or Polymer Chemistry, preferably with international PostDoc experience
• Hands-on, solid experience in synthetic organic chemistry
• Experience in automatization, Python programming and with high pressure equipment is of advantage
• Creative personality, thinking outside the box, and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent team player with good communication skills
• High motivation, ambition, and reliability
• Fluent in Chinese and English
