Reports to Engineering Manager, this position will manage the Design, development and manufacturing process of pyrolysis system, ensure processes are strictly following safety regulations, quality, specifications meeting the deliverables.

Responsibilities

Responsible and provide mechanical design and assembly engineering support to enable the manufacturing of Pyrolysis System.

Ensure design and function of system equipment or related assemblies can be manufactured and ease of assembly and safe processing.

Source for parts and assess fabricating suppliers to enable the development of the system at best cost and effective in meeting the functionality.

To continuous improve, carry out root cause analysis and FMEA to resolve problems and ensure system can be operated effeciently and effectively.

Formulate SOP, maintain data sheet, design drawings, process data, design rules with regular update and keep up to date.

Ensure KRA and KPI, projects and tasks are timely... executed and completed within timeline with required status reporting.

To lead and guide junior engineers enabling them to advance in their capabilities and performing their task independently.

To work with other functions to synergize the effort and participations in the manufacturing of the system for manufacturing and deployment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Mechanical (ElectroMechanical) Engineering or a related discipline with at least 3 year of relevant experience

Knowledge of pyrolysis or in the Oil / Gas industries is preferred

Able to carry out design drawings with SOLIDWORKS or 3D CAD software

Effective team player with good communication, project management and presentation skills

Possess good analytical thinking and problem solving skills

Able to travel overseas on deployment assignments
