Mission

Understand and analyze customer needs

Find solutions to customers needs, including partners solutions if necessary

Quoting the project implementation

Realize the project and technical parts of our Sales offers

Before prospect meeting

Define and prepare with uses cases to present

Prepare the demo environment if necessary with the mock-up specialist

During prospect meeting

Conduct the demo

Defend the proposals orally

Highlight the relevance of the methodology

Guarantee the commitments and technical feasibility

Reassure the client of our ability to successfully complete their project

In addition and according to your skills, you can contribute to improve our Sales tools like functional library documentation, demo... environment, video, webinar,etc.

Profile

+3 years as a Presales

+10 years in IT

Well-organized, being able to manage multiple projects at the same time

Good level of written and spoken Danish and English

Ability and willingness to run successful demos for prospects

Technical background in web or saas solution

Flexible, dynamique

Sociable, you like to meet new people and to explain and convince your audience

A previous experience in the CRM industry and/or a good knowledge of a CRM solution is a strong plus

Swedish or Finnish would be nice to have
