SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Job Description:

The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant role is to implement, configure and test the signed configuration workbook of the client. The consultant is expected to provide timely project status updates to the project lead and project manager, fix defects raised during testing and escalate issues when needed. Part of the role is to share best practices approach to the project team through knowledge... transfer and do train-the-trainer session with the client as part of hyper-care support.

Position Requirements:
• Minimum 4-years’ experience on implementing SuccessFactors modules
• Associate certification in any modules of SF is mandatory and EC certification is an advantage.
• Good knowledge in configuration of EC with Time and Position Management
• Good knowledge of MDF objects, Rules and Workflows.
• Knowledgeable and experienced of Role Based Permission
• Knowledgeable and experienced in enabling features in Provisioning
• Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.
• Must be able to translate client business rules to technical business requirements.
• Must possess strong analytical skills.
• Ability to confidently articulate information identified for delivery to the client
• Must have good documentation skills and should be able to work in global environment.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Experience defining, implementing, and supporting business processes.
• Good understanding of incident management and change management.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Experience with data migration and data management activities in SuccessFactors
• Positive mindset, Drive, client focused and results oriented
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks. Results-oriented

Skill Requirement:
• The candidate must have a minimum of one end to end Success Factors implementation experience.
• Certified in any SF modules (Talent or EC)
• Should be able to work with the customer independently
• Develops, writes and communicates technical/Functional requirements & design documents

Education Requirement:
• College Graduate related to IT or Engineering
