We are looking for an experienced Brand manager to help us raise brand awareness and drive growth across all designated markets. You’ll work closely to all departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world. Main responsibilities:
• To effectively manage the allocated brands in Romania& Europe and deliver efficient brand targets achievement;
• Transform brand elements into go-to-market plans and strategies by running successful marketing campaigns from concept to execution (involving all external partners / agencies where necessary);
• Design briefs for creative, media and production partners/suppliers;
• Prepare presentations and activity reports in different formats (ppt, excel, etc.);
• Coordinate and implement all integrated marketing-communication projects (creative, retail marketing, events, media relations... campaigns, marketing and advertising tactics, other specific ATL and BTL activities), considering all marketing „6 P” elements;
• Deliver specific new business activities (pitches, presentations, budgeting etc);
• Ensuring relevant market information is obtained, analyzed and recommendations are made to update brand communication tactics;
• Ensuring development of promotional and consumer related brand building activities;
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and promotions, suggesting improvement solutions;
• Monitors and documents market and consumer trends, as well as competition activity
