About Our Client
This firm in the Brisbane CBD are looking to recruit a Human Resources Manager for a Permanent role.
Job Description
Human Resources Manager reporting into the Human Resources Director for this organisation in Brisbane CBD:
• Generalist Human Resources role providing Human Resources advisory, coaching and assistance to managers and employees on Human Resources issues and initiatives
• Lead the people agenda for the business and successfully and reliably deliver effective outcomes
• Lead a high performing team whilst supporting in the development and implementation and maintenance of effective people strategies and initiatives
• Case manage complex Employee Relation and Industrial Relation issues as well as lead on negotiations of new and existing EBA's
• Employee engagement and retention processes including engagement surveys and reporting on employee satisfactions
• Work with line managers to develop... organisation workforce plan to meet current and future needs of the business
• Compiling Human Resources Reports for the business heads
• HR Projects and duties as required by the wider Human Resources function
The Successful Applicant
The successful Human Resources Manager for this Brisbane based firm will have:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field;
• Minimum 10 years as an Human Resources practitioner, including senior business partnering/ management experience in a generalist capacity;
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of IR/ER in Australia (enterprise negotiations & experience within a unionised organisation);
• Passion for operational/ tactical Human Resources accountabilities coupled with a strategic mindset, ideally having worked in an operational environment;
• Experience in supporting change in a fast-paced global organisation;
• Sophisticated influencing, negotiation and business culture change ability;
• Experience in delivering organisational development and projects into the business to build capability;
• Superior stakeholder management skills.
