Major Accountabilities
• HoF and BPAs inquiries and requirements attendance
• Monthly and quarterly Balance Sheet Review
• Follow-up of points and pending tasks of the minutes of each country
• Follow-up on pending issues with each FRA area involved
• FCRS reporting (if applicable)
• Balance Sheet account reconciliations and variance analysis (Blackline)
• FCRS vs SAP reconciliation
• Preparation of Data Analytics file
• Perform AFCM controls
• Smartclose closing tasks (Follow up activities with the different stakeholders... and ensure its compliance / Grant all closing tasks are reflected in SC. Ensure groups and users are up to dated)
• C&R inquiries attendance
• Ensure financial statements reflect the economic reality of the assigned countries (corporate report), according to accounting policies.
• Use Planner to define action plans in the BSR
• Be a strategic partner for the business and HoF (have a continuous communication, be able to anticipate to problems)

Education:
• Bachelor degree in Accounting and/or Finance required.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of accounting experience .
• ERP knowledge (SAP)
• Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Experience working with shared services preferred
• English intermediate
• Focus on result
