The successful candidate would be a team player who is comfortable performing wide range of tasks from administrative and operational to strategic people management. Key Responsibilities: Developing, documenting, and periodically updating HR and administration policies and procedures Direct... the activities of subordinate staff in the coordination and management of various HR-related tasks Ensure that daily activities are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations, rules, standards, and procedures Manages all administrative support functions, including office organization and procedures, records, meetings, and event planning Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource Saudi Arabia requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensuring policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance as well as consulting legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with applicable labor laws.Work with Department Heads to conduct performance appraisals for subordinates according to scheduled plans and recommending necessary actionsMaintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
