Duties & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Ensure compliance with requirements of the Department of Social Development with regard to funding for support programmes through the implementation of programmes for cancer patients and their families and submission of monthly support documents of outputs achieved to Line Manager.

Cancer Control

• Establish and maintain mentoring teams in order to mentor and coach patient care volunteers and

offer professional service to patients and families

• Improve and maintain referral systems in order to offer Home Base Care to patients
