JOB SUMMARY
PO Management
• Review & approve purchase requisitions raised by site teams
• Received invoices against POs
• Assist inquiries related to PO transactions
• Billing
• Prepare billing request forms to process invoices to be issued to customers / client
• Monitor the billing requests and invoices issued
• Assist inquiries related to billing transactions
Month - end Closing
• Prepare P&L file for the assigned country
• Perform financial analysis covering the whole income statement – revenue, costs, allocations, and other expenses
• Prepare journal entries for adjustment when necessary or as required
Client reporting
• Prepare Monthly Variance Analysis Report
• Prepare CBRE annual budget & update P&L forecast
• Prepare and analyze GMP reconciliation
• Prepare and analyze all other reports as required by the account
Ad-hoc tasks
• Address any issue that arise and provide recommendations for solutions
• Assist Finance Manager in reviewing the processes
• Identify and initiate... projects for continuous improvement
• Provide requirements for SSC deliverables (internal reporting)
• Ensure compliance in CBRE, and SSC requirements (i.e., online trainings, PMT, etc.)
• Assist in providing supporting documents, reconciliations, and analysis during client audit
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to co-workers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project
