J-B Weld is currently seeking a Brand Manager, responsible for building consumer demand and growing market share through innovation, product development and marketing strategies firmly rooted in consumer, market and product insights. • Champion brand strategy to ensure an effective and consistent market approach, messaging, and representation that resonates and motivates target customers to take action.
• Drive integrated marketing planning and execute in coordination with the internal marketing team and agency partners.
• Spearhead product development and R&D to bring innovation to the marketplace, outline a forward-looking product roadmap and lead the brand to achieve new product vitality metrics.
• Project manage key product development initiatives, leading the cross functional team through the stage gate process.
• Optimize and manage the product portfolio to best serve consumer needs and drive efficiencies.
• Analyze and charter shopper and market insights to inform strategy, product and pricing decisions that yield clearly defined consumer messaging, best in class products, and optimal price/value proposition.

Qualifications
• 5-8 years relevant experience in brand, marketing and/or product management
• Four-year college degree, MBA a plus
• Experience in leading/executing marketing strategies for products and brands
• Experienced in product development with stage gate experience a plus
• CPG and/or Consumer Durable experience, specifically in adhesive, coatings and/or paint categories a plus
• Home Center, Auto, and/or Craft industry experience a plus
