Responsibilities

Hexagon is seeking for an Implementation Consultant to work in Mexico. If you are looking for your next professional challenge, this may be your chance!

Responsible for setup/installation, configuration, and customization of technical solutions, applications, or process designs for the client’s purchase and business outcomes. Individuals in this position work independently.
• Works directly with clients to manage installation, configuration, and implementation of technical solutions.
• Works directly with clients to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation (functional requirements/designs/lessons learned), and train or coordinate training for client users.
• Test and troubleshoot functionality of installed systems.
• Identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to the product and systems integration teams for resolution
• Provides feedback based on client experiences to the product and professional services teams for... product and process improvements
• May work directly with the clients on-site or provide project support remotely
• May work on pre-sales activities

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
• Maintain extensive knowledge of complex aspects of products and systems and may present/demonstrate remotely and/or at the customer site.
• Analyze customer requirements and illustrate how company solutions can provide value and support their organization.
• Configure technical solutions for customers and ensure successful customer integration.
• Answer client questions on product functionality and usage and solve sales support problems.
• Provide technical expertise to customers through the entire Material project services cycle: installation, upgrade, implementation, post-implementation, Report creation, and custom training.
• Provide technical consultation and knowledge transfer with sales staff/trainers/product support.
• Provide feedback to development and other groups as needed.
• May assist in technical responses to RFIs/RFPs.
• Understand specific client systems/equipment requirements in order to identify additional sales opportunities to provide to the sales and presales teams.
• Provide technical support in presentations and product demonstrations, conducts custom customer training, and provides solutions to customer application problems.
• Must be capable of relating the Company’s products to a particular discipline and giving direction and guidance to customers during the definition and implementation of Company products.
• May be called on to provide technical guidance and direction to lower-level professionals.

Requires moderate skill sets and developing proficiency within discipline. Conducts tasks and assignments as directed. Works under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.

Will perform other reasonable related duties as assigned. The Company reserves the right to change duties at any time.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical
• A minimum of 3-year experience working in consulting role for the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industry
• A minimum 2-year of experience in Materials Management and Specs
• Experience with Smart Materials, and Smart Construction (desire)
• Expertise in SQL Statements, API development, Familiar with Oracle Apex
• Knowledge in Database Administration (Oracle)
• Strong academic and non-academic record
• Strong problem solving and time management skills
• Strong teamwork, people, presentation, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel internationally
• 4 or more years of relative experience is needed
• Fluent in English and Spanish
