1] Ensure & periodic review of PM standard to ensure machine stability 2] Provide technical assistance & guidance to TA/Tech in daily major m/c breakdown & trouble shooting 3] Support Manufacturing Dept to meet monthly production plan 4] Involve in machine stability by implementing machine improvement activities (OEE, MTBC, Downtime, Yield, etc) 5] Actively carry out jigs & expenses cost reduction projects

6] To actively participate in efforts in implementing all requirements of related management systems, i.e. ISO 9001 and ISO/TS16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 subscribed by the company
