- Provide schedule to customer for checking approval with buyer
- Place the booking space to carrier with the correct:
- POL with POD
- Schedule / container size / depo location or something required from customer, ect .
- Follow up booking release with carrier
- We should be notice to customer for all information required from difference country needed, to avoid any penalty or sth fail by custom
- Provide to customer for checking R/O and we are also checking for make sure too
- Follow with customer for the status loading and deliver to correct CY port
- Follow up the status feeder name have any revise or not , if have need update to customer immediately to avoid any wrong CY or submit doc with wrong barge office
- Follow up with customer for provide: SI & VGM for submit before cut off time
- Follow up Draft BL for checking and confirm back to carrier once customer confirm before cut off time
- Checking website carrier for ATD and... ETA are change / delay or not
- Once carrier departure follows up with carrier for issue INV charge to us for arrange as well to avoid any late / missing / fail
- Billing inv to customer with send them on time
- If have any delay notice got from carrier, need to send to customer immediately

- Booking truck
- Follow truck gate in fty / loading / deliver to CY
- Follow INV & Packing & VGM with send to clearance to processing doc clear & submit doc & booking LOLO to port

- Booking correct truck size (1.5T , 2.5T , 5T) with check Volume cbm that customer need to load

- Follow truck gate in and leave from fty , make sure truck receive cargo / doc complete without any missing or fail or any …
- When truck gate in w/h we need to ask them for provide cargo deliver for checking actual cbm / time gate in with finished loading time
