You are: A Senior Consultant in Battery Storage working on complex solutions. You will be conceptualizing and presenting contributions to experts through conferences and seminars on innovative battery topics. You will need to be able thrive in an entrepreneurial work setting that enables opportunities to drive your own topics and specialization. Customer communication, relationship management and project development will be a daily tasks.

The work:
• Support major player (material supplier, cell- module- and pack manufacturer, automotive OEMs, utilities, recycling companies) along the battery value chain with strategy advisory, management services and engineering solutions from a technical, economic and regulatory perspective.
• Be part of our international battery team with > 100 battery experts; expand your knowledge and learn about best practices in other leading countries
• Supporting the energy transition and sustainability goals by building and using battery storage solution
• Customer communication, care & acquisition and project development
• Diversified, exciting & innovative customer projects with regard to current issue

Job Requirements:
• There needs to be a willingness to travel up to 80%.

Travel: For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Here’s what you need:
• 3+ years of professional experience at technical consultancies, Start Ups, OEMs, component manufacturer is an advantage
• 2+ year in an advanced project management setting
• Master’s degree or PhD in chemistry, physics, material sciences, electrical engineering or similar

Bonus points if you have:
• German language skills
• Expertise in battery cells and/or cell manufacturing
• Cross-sector (Automotive, Energy, Aviation, Rail) understanding of challenged in the battery environment
• A passion for battery storage
• Outstanding social skills, team spirit and strong communication skills
• Thinking outside the box and have excellent analytical skills

Compensation for roles at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

California: $78,500-$224,600

Colorado: $78,500-$194,100

New York City: $90,900-$224,600

Washington: $83,600-$206,700
