What the day will look like
• Work closely with clients and consultants to maintain existing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
• Work closely with clients, consultants and internal finance team to support on vendor set-up process, invoicing, and payments
• Work closely with clients, consultants and internal legal team to ensure timely responses
• Responsible in maintaining updated client information and keep track of wins/losses on client management system
• Send business requirement forms, following up on completeness of requirement forms, prepare necessary documents, prepare (or support consultants) proposals
• Prepare/support consultants... in getting proper documentations for client projects
• Oversee office operations ensuring efficiency
• General tasks such as copying, printing, binding, filing, phone calls etc.
• Support, and may proactively contribute to new initiatives and business development efforts as they become available
• Aon United supporter by working collaboratively across other lines of business

Skills and experience that will lead to success
• Bachelor's degree in any fields
• Candidates with background experience in financial service and human resource space are welcome
• Proficient in both Thai and English communication
• Proven digital literacy
• Attention to detail
• Able to work effectively in a multi-disciplined, team, as well as independently
• Maintaining a flexible and collaborative working style
• Act with integrity, and always positively impact our clients, colleagues and communities
• Understands basic business and financial concepts and their impact on our business
