We are currently seeking experienced "Destinations/Tour Manager" to join our luxury fleet.

The "Destinations/Tour Manager" is responsible for the ultimate guest destination satisfaction, whilst complying with all budgets and executing tours and... debarkation in a professional manner.

The role consists of but not limited to:

Responsible for selling and managing Seabourn Cruise Line's shore excursion programme.; Manage dispatch, tour operation and shuttle buses.; Confirm tours and other private arrangements in a timely manner.; Have knowledge of current and future itineraries and ports of calls.; Supervise all shore related Seabourn Square activities.; Manager recruitment of tour escorts and follow up on reports.; Provide relevant printed materials to Seabourn Square.; Manage disembarkation and baggage handling process.; Verify invoices and authorize a variety of payments.
