In this role, you are responsible for Wirebond Process and sustaining it in terms of yield, quality, and productivity.In your new role you will :
• Responsible for Wirebond process.
• Drive the yield, quality improvement, and cost-saving project.
• Perform root-cause analyses and define sustainable corrective actions in the case of process deviations.
• Generate specifications and documentation related to the process.
• Participating in customer & internal audit compliance
• Briefing and coaching the shopfloor related to the quality and process.

You are best equipped for this task if you have :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic, Mechanical, or Physics.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Good process know-how / / knowledge in wire bonding process Al / Cu / Au.
• Independent & strong leadership in driving both yield & quality improvement.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, proactive, and high teamwork spirit collaborating with... cross-sites counterparts.
• Knowledgeable in process characterization, process controls / FMEA, and familiar with systematic problem-solving / analysis tools.
