Deliver an end-to-end user experience across every user touch point, using well established human-centered design principles to ensure that the products and applications are the most useful, usable and desirable products in the marketplace. You will support user experience design initiatives for products globally and contribute directly to creating the next generation of user experiences on a wide variety of consumer, commercial and industrial products. You will work with our portfolio of brands to create branded seamless experience across user touch points. You will collaborate with other experience designers in an interdisciplinary studio that applies best practices to achieve world-class results.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and iteratively refine UI prototypes (low- through high-fidelity as appropriate) that effectively communicate design intent to the cross-functional product team and customers
• Act as a user advocate on a continual basis by incorporating research insights, UX... best practices, business needs
• Contribute to cohesive design strategies that span multiple touchpoints for a product life cycle
• Contribute to the scoping, planning, and tracking of assigned projects
• Research to define requirements and test the usability of the result
• Plan and conduct workshops
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Product Design or related field
• 2+ years of industry experience in UI Design (portfolio must be provided)
• Proficiency with design tools for UI prototyping and visual asset creation (Figma, Sketch)
• Experience in UX (personas, user journeys, research) and UI (wireframes, prototyping, and visual design concepts)
• Be a curious, flexible, highly self-motivated person, with good interpersonal skills and a can-do/positive attitude to work under pressure
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (Spanish and English).
