Job Description

· Review, update and coordinate all renovation / installation works including shop drawings for the project

· Check for drawing discrepancy and provide solution to resolve drawings discrepancy

· Assist Project Manager to create BQ breakdown and call for contractors / suppliers tender quote

· Liaise, supervise and coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers on projects delivery and works

· Develop Project Schedule for sub-contractor / installer to follow

· Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation

· Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve high quality works standard

· Coordinate with Designer / Main Con to resolve construction problems and issues

· To attend design / construction site meeting

· Carry out daily supervision and coordination to awarded projects

· Prepare any necessary construction method statement, safety documents and technical proposal to ensure smooth... transition of works

· Supervise and coordinate site works according to approved design drawing

· Assist the Project Management team in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations

· Assist Warehouse in scheduling delivery and installation

Requirements:
