Job Responsibilities- Directly communicate with clients via email, chat tool, meeting to meet requirements.- Analysis requirement & create/review design documents (Basic Design, Detail Design) - Review source code, test case, test script - Deploy & manage server configuration - Lead small team (estimate, assign task, progress tracking, review output to assure quality, report)- Manage project timeline, report to clients on regular basis and manage project performance.Necessary Skill / Experience - Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Japanese is preferable- Experience: + At least 3 years of working experience in software development as BrSE role.+ At least 2 years of experience with one of PHP frameworks (Laravel/ Wordpress/ Symfony) + Experience in creating design document (screen/API/batch design, database)+ Experience in testing (manual or automatic) - Language: Japanese - Business Level (N2 or higher) Preferable Skill / Experience- Good knowledge of JavaScript... Framework such as Vue, Angular, React- Good knowledge and experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript- AWS configuration
