ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced UI UX Designer to join our team. Has a strong background in user-centered design, with a portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of user interface design and user experience principles.

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Design and develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications

· Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure the final product meets user needs

· Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

· Stay up to date on the latest design trends and technologies

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

· Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus

· A... minimum of 3 years of experience in UI UX design

· Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite

· Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, or similar

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

· Strong portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of user interface design and user experience principles

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Experience in a multi-client environment

· Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications

· Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

· Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation

· Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
