Responsibilities:
• Compilation of service charge Tenant and budget packs
• Manage a portfolio of clients.
• Deliver high quality Service charge Tenant packs.
• Ensuring all packs are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Liaise with clients to ensure efficient delivery of output and meet client service expectations.
• Ensures policies and procedures of the Company are adhered to.
• Be aware of risk exposure and promptly escalate issues arising to other members of the Management team.
Job Requirement:
• At least 1 year experience in Accounting/project management sector
• Good interpersonal, communication skills and ability to interact with client.
• Flexible and able to work across several different time zones in order to meet client demands
• Being proactive, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good Analytical and problem solving skill
• Complements formal training with self-learning.
• Good time management skills
