Job Duties:
• carry out Alterations and Addition (A&A) works including submissions to Building Department;
• arrange for maintenance and renovation works of existing buildings including supervision of works;
• familiar with government's A&A jobs an advantage

Requirement:
• HKIS qualified in building surveying division or HKIA qualified with minimum 6 years post-qualification experience;
• Passed Chinese and English languages at HKCEE or HKDSE or equivalent;
