Who is Pisano Looking For?
We are looking for a Digital / Performance Marketing Manager who preferably has experience in Customer Experience industry, Telco/Call Center & IT or other related sectors focusing on inbound & outbound marketing activities.
We wish this new role Digital / Performance Marketing Manager to be the owner of digital marketing and advertise performances, execution and performance by conducting a key contribution to all digital marketing channels.
What Does Pisano Expect from You?
We expect you, our ideal Digital / Performance Marketing Manager, to
• Own and coordinate all Pisano Digital Marketing Channels & Touchpoints as planning, execution, and performance.
• Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns to display ads and retarget them across verticals, such as SEM, display advertising, social media, affiliate marketing, content discovery platforms, etc.
• Closely monitor, analyze and report channel performances
• Be a key Contributor of Pisano Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Contribute marketing strategy based on business objectives, target markets, inputs from internal teams, research and customer engagement metrics
• Research, ideate and identify new marketing campaign ideas
• Organize internal resources, agencies and external partners to perform as an efficient and collaborative network for executing digital strategy
• Ensure all digital marketing activities are consistent with marketing strategy and business objectives
• Understand Pisano product(s) inside out. Research competitors and their strategies to find the gaps in the industry and accordingly set up marketing and advertising goals for the brand.
What Skills &
Qualifications Do You Need?
• +5 years of experience in a similar role and responsibilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving and analyzing statistics.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Linked In Advertising, Google Ads and various content / SEO analysis tools and ability to monitor web analytics dashboards and reporting tools to maintain and monitor reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, and channel metrics
• Experience with CRM and CMS tools (Hub Spot is a plus).
• Proactive, a team player and have genuine curiosity about digital and marketing
