• Prospecting and canvassing through phones and in person meetings - Attend qualified leads by meeting clients, where you will present tailored investment property options and will bring your clients through a no-pressure education-based presentation touching on investment strategies, minimize tax, reduce debt, and market cycles
• Developing a rapport and getting to know the client and finding out about their goals and vision for the future, in addition to redressing general queries posed by potential clients
• Educating on Property Investment and make your clients aware of the incentives available to them, and open their eyes to different strategies available for them to pursue
• Responsible for relationship management, assisting your clients through the decision-making process, and follow up communication to foster a long-term relationship both pre and post sales
• Assisting in preparation of documentation and correspondence in relation to any property sale
• Representing the Square... Yards brand with integrity at all times, aiming to bring consistent value to all clients you come into contact with
• Assisting with post sale processes including but not limited to building inspections, searches and checking progress
• Liaising with conveyancers and solicitors involved in the sale of property
• Seeking referrals and networking to grow your own suite of clients
