Location: Mayfair, London

Salary: up to £35,000 p.a. depending on experience

About the Company

We are currently helping an advisory firm, looking to hire an Office Manager to support and manage their London office.

The Office Manager will be the face of the firm, and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of an office of 25 people, by providing a range of operational activities, including general admin duties, supplier management and travel support.

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s a natural problem-solver, works well under pressure and understands the level of service required to run a professional office.

Responsibilities
• Management of day-to-day operations of the office
• Working with 3rd parties and suppliers to confirm health and safety standards are adhered to
• Liaising with building management to deal with any office related issues
• Provide front of house support and welcoming clients and suppliers
• Effective... management of company subscriptions
• Partner with the Office Lead to run weekly office meetings and update staff on Operational issues
• Organising and managing social events
• Play a key role in the arrangements and inductions of new joiners and the exit process for leavers
• Ensure office administrative and company information documents are up to date
• Setting up and coordinating meetings for the Senior Management team
• Admin support services (document printing/delivery, couriers, visa processing)
• Oversee travel and accommodation requirements
• Management of the IT equipment inventory for the team and setting up new starters in the office
• Occasional EA support for the Operation Manager

Requirements
• 1 - 3 years of experience in a corporate administrative support role
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent written English
• Highly organised and great attention to detail
• Confident and a real team player
• Focus on quality, discretion and confidentiality
