Sales Representative

Smith is currently looking for experienced sales professional to join their Asia-Pacific Sales Team. As one of the world’s leading independent electronics distributor, the successful applicants will play a significant role in Smith’s market leading expertise on global electronics sourcing, logistics and distribution.

More senior candidates with more than 4 or 8 years of experience may be considered for a Senior Sales Representative or Sales Manager position.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of prospective OEM customers within the region and internationally
• Become an expert in the customers’... industry and act as the main point of contact for any client related inquiries
• Identify potential customers and develop sales strategies
• Provide effective cost-saving solutions (PPV) to customers based on accurate marketplace insight
• Assist customers to remove excess stock proactively

Requirements
• Bachelor degree in any disciplines
• At least 2 years of sales experience in electronics or any relevant industries is highly preferred
• Passionate, proactive, self-motivated and result-driven
• Ability to handle work independently, systematically in a fast pace environment
• Excellent communication skills and passionate in cold calling
• Good command of both written and oral English and Korean, Japanese is a plus
