Job Description
• Perform daily bookkeeping and handle full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, bank recon, etc)
• Review inventories reconciliation, recording of journals and preparation of monthly schedules
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarterly and year-end financial closing
• Prepare financial statements and statutory reports, ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth year end audit, addressing the audit issues, working with the operation team to ensure the implementation of audit recommendations
• Coordinate and liaise with other external parties like tax agents, corporate secretarial, local tax and government authorities where required
• Perform corporate tax computation and possess Transfer Pricing knowledge
• Proactively identify area of improvement and opportunities to drive and enhance finance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Support the business and management in any business analysis... projects, initiatives, and other duties assigned

Requirements
• Degree in Accounting, ACCA or its equivalent professional qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting, or handling group consolidation
• Good knowledge in Finance processes/ procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application, particularly in Microsoft Excel
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and receptive to changes
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
